The composition offers a radical deconstruction of the classical ancient myth, shifting the focus from traditional passivity and objectification to the absolute subjectivity of a woman.

Leda, who no longer appears as a defenseless victim of circumstances or someone else's will. She occupies a dominant position in space, completely mastering the plot: the swan transforms from a symbol of aggression into a subdued means of movement, and the spear in her hand manifests the right to protect her own boundaries, choice, and self-determination.
